RoomBase helps students find both rooms and roommates in the Delft area. With RoomBase, student houses can easily organise an instemming to find a roommate. Students looking for a room can easily search for and find a room that suits their needs.
What is an instemming?
An instemming is an event where residents of a student house invite and meet the people who are interested in renting a room. During the instemming, you can view the room and the meet the residents, who will then decide who they think would be the best fit for their house. Not all rooms are assigned in this way, but it is standard in many Dutch cities, including Delft.
How can I register myself for an instemming on RoomBase?
Registration varies from one instemming to another. Some houses will request that you send them an email prior to the instemming while other houses will simply be open for the instemming at the date and time listed. This information can be found on the room's detail page.
How do I submit a room to RoomBase?
To add your room to RoomBase, you only have to fill out one form. After that, the room is online immediately, and you receive an email with a code. With this code you can delete or change the room later on.
What's the price to put a room on RoomBase?
